Grow Mediums Is it safe to re-use potting soil or not?

Ok, I was not thinking 15 gallon pots. Obviously working for you. The volume must be big enough to work with the quality/quantity additions you are using. AJ is using 10 gallon and rotating them out but maybe does not need to. Lesson learned don't forget Volume matters.

Using mega crop part a and b in biobizz light mix soil. Not growing organic.
Be sure to add the Bio-stimulants that are not in the two part, Kelp, Humic/Fulvic Acid, Mykos or some other brand of microbes and fungi.

Does greenleaf make anything for that? The sweet candy or bud explosion?

I ran real growers recharge in my dwc system. Would that work? Or great white?

This is where the waters can get muddy.. And is also why I said that the answer to your question depends on your grow style. If you are using MC or any other nutrient line, I would advice sticking to that.. Adding biology to the soil is "feeding the soil".. As the biology breaks down the organic matter in the soil, it releases nutrients for the plant to take in.. This creates an organic "living" soil environment. Which does not sound like the route you are wanting to go. Of course you can still add either to MC, but I would then advise to reduce the amount of MC used by at least 1/4th as the plant will then be receiving nutrients from two different sources, the soil, and MC.. I use recharge by adding it to my compost teas. It works great. So does great white. Once you understand what these products do in soil you can adjust your MC feeds accordingly.

Yeah I'm trying to keep it as simple as possible. So just gonna run 2 part a and b mega crop and see what happens. Not trying to invest much more at this time on this grow.

I run Mykos and bio-stimulants in hydro. It will not hurt to run that in your rerun bio mix light.

I did the math buying the 3000g size two part. I will run he entire grow for 6 photoperiod plants 13 - 15 week for about $15. I does not get cheaper then that for quality nutrients.

I think you can cut that to about $8 if you buy the 25# size bags. The $15 does not include the bio-stimulants that adds maybe another $15 so $30 for the nutrients for a grow.

When I was using a big name brand it cost over $500 to grow 6 plants :yoinks:.

How do you adjust ph after mixing nutes? I used to run general hydroponics everything in my dwc grow. New to soil and mega crop. Or do you not adjust the ph at all? I've read mixed reviews on the topic. So I'm confused if I shud adjust the ph or not. And if so is GH ph up and down good or should I use more natural ways when using mega crop? I'm using part a and b. Got a big bag of each

I dont think I plan to reuse the soil. I feel I'll just put it to use in my outdoor garden for food. I'll buy new soil each run to keep it simple. Moneys not a issue.

ReCharge, besides diverse microbes, also contains good amount of organics -- its own culture media (molasses), and kelp. I would presume you don't want these around if dealing with reservoirs, tubing, valves, etc. with fermentation and gunking things up being likely problems.
