hey everyone , I am pretty sure its a male from looking around other posts, its got lil ball sacks but they just seem to open up and fall off ? thought seeds where spose to grow in them let me know what u think

I Found this plant when i was on a walk through the bush next to a creek it was about 30cm tall , so i went back with a container and spade and dug it up
. I have no idea what kinda marijuana plant it is .
It is planted in soil from my garden ,have not given it any nutes ( I am really new to growing ) just water from the tap ( ill be getting some distilled PH correct water soon) and its looking like this

also have this red stem problem ocuring on the stems
oh and another question is why do the pollen sacks not apear down the bottom half of the plant ? sorry to ask so many questions just have no idea atm.
