Looks like grownorthern are not doing anything feels bad man hopefully they do but was expected to here something by now... to make do I’ve to cut the veg room in half a bin half the lady’s as they were stretching uncontrollably. Kinda disappointed as this is clearly gn’s Fault, must be cheap plastic on the lenses they use for it to melt like it has

Have you tried contacting them directly through the website? I've always found their customer service to be a very high standard.

I have contacted them through the site... by telephone and via their email, last time I spoke to them I was referred an email to which I have yet to hear whether they can do anything or not it’s looking bleak

I have just messaged them and shared your pics and advised them that their lack of customer service re warranty claims etc are being openely discussed on forums and think it's shocking that have not contacted you. Shocked they are acting this way! And have told them as much via IG

Been contacted should be able to get some replacement lenses, i'll have to email them back today. They also offered to have a look at my unit if i send it to them to diagnose any overheating problems which i am tempted to do so but have check the synjet myself and seems to be fine at blowing just like always i'm a bit stumped as to what has cause this "over heating" issue

@HaZyLaZy Thanks for the help its much appreciated ! I know GN always have top customer service and i have dealt with them in past, just seems they were a little slow on the draw this time, all previous inquiries with them in past years normally get a reply within the day
