Yay update!! Hi all ,Everything's going well as planned i'm popping 2 more as we speak and have 5 res in at the moment with ANQ 2fast so it's almost there ,i got some silicon and I've only just put some in just 5 ml per res ,i dunno why i guess i just felt comfortable with that amount the bottles instructions are: 0.5 mls a ltr for normal running, and 1 ml per Ltr for plants in need.
The shelf's up and cooking and the pumps are great up there but warning (haha) i put my glass Ph down dilution bottle on the shelf and..you guessed it ,it vibrated right off and landed directly on one of the Au seedlings ,so I'm wondering if i should put her to rest and replace her shes the smallest and also dried out waiting for a net pot.
Other than feeling bad for her its not a huge loss.
There roots are looking off the hook on the two that are off and running. I'm very pleased with them they must like my mix,so I'm hoping they also enjoy the silicon,i will just start very small on it and see how they go. So were off to a start anyway but i may have to definitely re-consider having less than 6 perhaps i was being a bit tooo over excited hahaha But il jut march on for now and see what we can pull off . Wow man and thank you , yes today ive noticed the roots have seemed to have picked up a bit ..i mean it's hard to sorta tell with everything going on like there root stages and so forth but i do belive i can actually see a diffrence and if it is just the silica doing that it's quite impressive ,But as you guys have told me silica can be bad if used incorrectly ..so what im doing tonight is full res changes get everything were i feel happy ppm wise. Thanks very much again Wile

I'm actually in Europe at the moment,but heading back to oz next year that's when things will really amp up for me when i can have all the room in the world back again and all the knowledge from everyone here Amstadam it on the cards shortly when i can slip out for a weekend, (better top up the res's haha),I'm from north queensland up with the crocks and basically everything can kill u (I'm not kidding) . I've been growing since 14 out doors on and off just simple grows but always wanted to do hydro one day because of my massive green thumb now into my 30's i had the spare funds and time to kick off, I'm really just grateful for this site and to actually be able to put money aside for the gear to start up,cause i knew id kill it or die trying
