And your totally right in the way i havnt given it all much a go to be honest in reference to LED and LST for sure a single grow even with multiple plants isn't enough to properly dial in or test the led properly as nothing has properly finished with a proper go at it without heat ect.
yeah its great in winter for heating the house (hps) we had a good day today when i got home a few mins ago the tent is sitting at a comfy 23c and im not really used of UK weather but the mrs says it will cool right down shortly which is kinda hilarious in a way because I'm forever complaining about the cold here being from a tropics Haha..Until now that is pmsl.

Needless to say after that comment I'm switching to Canna boost i recon ,I had no idea it had that many benefits in one bottle thanks grimmy for that info.
I've used and still have a lot of Canna aqua but of course Sensi out dose that. def for me anyway.

Perhaps the hps is actually frying the oil glands perhaps in a way that's melting them like all oil dose when heated it changes its viscosity. Maybe something along those lines.

I'm planning to run a mix just with the 600w and the led hanging right down to the sides maybe..But I'm still in confusion about this and in regards to the new GN light. Basically like everyone else i don't want no bullshit i cant afford it financially or time wise.i do like the HS1 but its under powered i think personally and ive only seen good results when 2 or more or other fixtures are added but still very impressive for its real power. i need it all to work now so i think i'l wait for some results from here before i make a decision on that one.All in all my Hps wasn't to bad i run it in a cool hood with a 4'' extractor straight though and out about 26-27c-ish i only ever had issues when i tried to push it to like u say 20+ hours.

I think the first trick is to fill the space. you can always hack some out but trying to add different size plants is Pita unless you want to hang multiple lights. Auto's themselves present another challenge. some just do not get very big and throw a wrench into the works. that's the main goal of my seed project. to achieve better homogeneity through selection and selfing a couple times. it's dirty and it's not the same as breeding your self really.You also lose abit of vigor. I'm just locking in traits. someone else did the work on. I would love to really get into breeding a little bit I just don't have the room at all. Eeven my veggie garden barely gets enough light for viable seed. I messed around and almost lost the mini meth they needed more light and i wasn't paying attention to em. lost one to early blight and almost lost the other. I managed to pick out about 15 good seeds. and save some bud that still have green seeds in it. will see it they mature. she's ready to give up.I dosed here heavy with seaweed and blossom set.that should force her to green up and may help push them into maturity so I have more to play with.

GN have a reputation for being late. I dont mind waiting for something that is going to blow most other LEDS out of the water. To answer your question my friend, only time will tell.

Hi there all! i have just kinda left this thread open so id like to tie it off and since people are still reading it etc.
All in all i had some major issues on this grow as summer was heating up so i decided it was time to finish them all and get a chiller and go to Rdwc.

the 2f2v dry weight ended at: 210g ,which was pretty ok for the grow itself as they all were put on h202 as the DO could not be kept under control.
the Autonight queen also gave me quite abit of personal bud to smoke but nothing astonishing. but def one of the most potent strains i have ever tried.

The Led light i purchased didn't fill my needs but was Ok for the real power so don't let that put you off if your thinking of purchasing a led grow light of that wattage
I sold the light and used the money to purchase a HC 150A series Hailea chiller. i Also have purchased the necessary equip to start a DYI Rdwc undercurrent system and have reconnected my 600w HPS .

I don't really consider them all failer's by any standard as i did get quite a bit of weight just no were near the intended. Thanks all and i hope this wraps this thread off for anyone that's interested . cheers all!

Return via center res.
Back to 600w mh hps.
Insulated 6" ducting.
Ryhzocores lids dyi.
One pot i will start on 60 lpm through 8 " diffuser with large koy cylinder. The other too girls will be on 30lpm each.

Hi all ,I'm making some Rhyzocores lids haha i'm not to sure how to spell that but its close enough
so anyway i got some 5cm tall netpots for i think 30p at a hydro store online and free shipping which was cool

I also picked up some RTV Marine aqua safe silicon with no fungicides or toxins.
I looked at the real ryhzocores well the ones they are selling and noticed the nets where slightly short right away but of course with silicon thats no problem at all! so i adapted a second tiny net pot to the base of the first perfecto!

The results are pretty good...

All is going well I'm just filling the system with Ro water for my base and turning her all on sooo looking forward to it.

WelL i woke this morning with a running system. Yay!, the third seedling needs to go in today but shes lucky last.
The system last night ran beautifuly here are the stats we Maxed out on.
18.9c at the last res.
24c room temps
Im running 140lpm of air including the diffuser in the control res.i made sure to also use a pump ,thats vairiable as to turn it down for more stable readings whilst using my meters.
The two seedlings must have just loved there new home imagine this.
