NEWS Illinois Legalizing Jan 1st 2020!!

Noticing a big grey area. Or at least I can't find info on it. I've read saying you can still keep your firearms owner ID if you get a medical card. However, due to federal law you will no longer be able to purchase a gun. Let's say I already have all the guns I desire (ya right). But I got enough to be content to say ok I can give up buying another gun. My question is can you still use the guns you own for hunting if you get a medical card? I know there's alot curious to this answer. Also, how much cannabis are you allowed to have in your home? I'm aware of the "on person" amount. But what about at home.

I am seeing grey areas too .....

If you can grow five plants with the Card and they are photos and you harvest say pound a plant, even more weight when drying, can you keep? Can you share your harvest?

Can you still get a gun card if you have a medical card?

Infraction, do they take equipment? Figure plants are gone but equipment? They will need a search warrant in some cases - Will a Judge issue a search warrant for an infraction?

Probably another who knows how many grey areas - Court cases coming I suspect and law changes ......

Good thing is Illinois will be better off than it was 1/1/19 ..... 36 hours and counting! :headbang:

Dont see much west of north Aurora - st. Charle and Naperville where’s dekalb and sandwich, Dundee?
