There it is, I was really hoping this was something that was going to take effect before summer but oh well, I'll take it. Hopefully as more time goes on the regulation lets up more. 500mg limits and only 30 grams is regulation

They will have a House Reading Monday and have until end of May to Pass before they go on Summer Break ..... Bill has been in the works since 2017 but Republican Governor would not sign ......

Bill also includes five plant cultivation per household and a thirty gram possession limit outside of your property - On your own property not sure of limit, the bill is in excess of 300 pages ....

Bodes well for Legalization in neighboring states like Wisconsin and maybe even Missouri!

Missouri has a medical program passed that is very easy to get into from what I gather, and allows home grow....possession has been decriminalized in Missouri too

I've noticed that the Republican states are just passing medical laws that are so easy to get into nd laid back that its "almost" legal, but they're never going to pass a recreational laws in Missouri or Oklahoma until it goes federal first

Bill does legalize marijuana in Illinois and allow for home cultivation inside your home - No outside grows .....

Senate now has bill but speaker of the house, Madigan, claims not enough time to pass before summer recess on May 31st.

Under 10 gram possession was decriminalized a couple of years ago. The current medical program does NOT allow any home cultivation which is why I never bothered to apply. I am going to check into the business loans available which is an awesome idea. Maybe they can help me get my breeding program off the ground.

Took Illinois years to finally implement the Medical Program and you are correct, no home grows allowed and I can tell you from personal experience the weed at the dispensaries is garbage - buddy with card buys from street dealer who is known for high quality bud .....

Illinois new governor wants legal weed and if you know anything about Illinois Politics the governor doesn’t run the State, rather Speaker of the House, Michael Madigan runs the State and nothing even goes thru committee unless Madigan approves ......

They introduced bill in 2017 but with Republican Governor the bill never even made it into committee.....

Legalize will come but when is question?

Missouri might legalize, especially if Illinois and Indiana does ..... I would agree Oklahoma will take federal move as well as arkansas!
