New Grower ILGM Northern Lights & Amnesia Haze

Northern Lights just opened her leaves

Both plants are tiny... So exciting

Still using humidity domes on them. Day 3 in the pot, they both popped yesterday. Any suggestions on when I should remove the domes? Have humidifier coming today also.

My Amnesia Haze just won't stop growing, it's grown into the light (no more room to move light up). After some research, I decided to super crop. Honestly, I couldn't find another solution at this point. Pinched 4 branches so far and they seem to be responding well. This plant (weed) is quite amazing at dealing with stress.
The Northern Lights is looking great and starting to get frosty. This is all so exciting, I'm definitely hooked on growing at this point.

I'm so new at this, but my gut feeling is telling me my Northern Lights Auto is like 2 to 3 weeks from harvest. At week 11 (10 to 14 week strain).

Harvest day for my Northern Lights, so exciting...until I'm like 3 hours in and still have like half the plant left to trim. But man she smells good, very sweet scent. Decided to use the brown bag drying method because my other plant isn't ready. My wife used to trim and told me shit goes everywhere, hence the tent in the back ground. Little did we realize that wet trimming is super clean so the tent got scrapped really quick.

I finished harvesting the rest of the Northern Lights. I also jarred and weighed the half of the plant I had already trimmed. It's been in a paper bag for 5 days now. The picture was taken like 10 minutes after jarring so the humidity will more than likely rise. I may lose a little weight too if my buds are still too wet. But happy with the 52g for it just being half the plant. Some of the Amnesia Haze flowers are now too heavy for their branches...a plant issue that I'm happy about but she is closer to harvest then I originally thought. Half clear half cloudy rn (will harvest for sativa effects). So the flush has begun. In the 2 hours it took me post this the humidity in the jar is now 58%.

First, as the stoner I am, I forgot to take out the hygrometer (~20g) when I weighed the NL. So my numbers will drop.
Second, I decided to partially harvest the Amnesia Haze. Since it's my first grow I figured I'd like to try out different ratios of trichomes. Just harvested 2 brown bags worth with about 5% Amber.

So I caught covid...blah. Symptoms haven't been too bad other than a wicked sore throat. But I've had all this extra time so I decided to gather some kief from my NL trim. I ended up with over a gram of kief. Pressed 0.7g of kief in a 50 micron bag in my cheap hair straightener set on 190° F for the first press and 220° F for the second press. Got 0.21g of fresh pressed rosin. Now I just have to wait till I feel better to smoke it

I'm feeling much better, almost 100%. Day 103, harvest day for my Amnesia Haze. Not enough time for me to finish. She was like 4 times the size of my Northern Lights. I got two total grocery bags (just the bottom layer) from my NL. Already got 5 bags (harvested 2 a week ago) from the AH and she's still got more. She has one big cola left in the picture below. She also has a nice sweet fruity smell. Both of my girls smelled nice but weren't very strong smelling. Wondering if it's from my rookie mistakes or genetics or something else? I have no idea. But I'm growing some Mephisto strains for my next run. I'll be able to compare "stinkiness".
The last picture is the dried Amnesia Haze I chopped a week ago.

So everything is dried, yay, but since I partially harvested the Amnesia Haze, I have 6 different jars all at different stages of curing. So pardon all the pictures of jars being weighed (and the math), but I did not want to mix them up...just yet.

Northern Lights Auto by ILGM:
2 jars of good bud: 26.26g + 30.21g + 5.0g (rolled up in joints) = 61.47g or 2.2oz
Shake and Larf: 11.11 + 8.0 (made gummies) + 1.7g (kief gathered) = 20.81g
Amnesia Haze Auto by ILGM:
6 jars of good bud: 24.82g + 28.08g + 27.13g + 24.58g + 34.83g + 36.09g + 3.0g (joints) = 178.53g or 6.4oz
Shake and Larf: 49.80g or 1.8oz

Will add smoke report after they have cured a bit longer. But so far we have enjoyed both strains so far. I'm very happy with my first grow and excited for my next grow (will be starting soon). Thank you everyone who has helped and followed this rookie grow some autos.
