I tried some LST and she bounced back overnight. Should I have tied her down more aggressively?

Since mine's been growing a bit, should I be adjusting the light height lower? Manufacturer (MH TS-1000) says it should be 18 - 24 at veg and 12 during flower, but it's at like 28 for me. They don't show any signs of stretch, and the only stress I could think of would be heat.
You are not at the stretch phase yet.

The issue that I noticed previously is spreading, albeit very slowly, among the lowest big leaves. Does it look to be a Cal Mag issue? I figure it's too early for Mega Crop (I'm at day ~24), so I'll have to go with the Roots Organic Cal Mag that I bought just in case.

Around what day/week would that be? Or is it different for all plants?

When you get home that day and you go holy shit this thing got huge. That’s when the stretch phase begins.

As far as the leaf. It looks to me to be a micronutrient deficiency like boron maybe. Check a leaf chart or wait for second opinion before acting.

Huh. It does look exactly like a boron deficiency! Thank you for the suggestion. I just added some Mega Crop + Recharge to it, and I think I may have been underwatering it somehow. I think the Mega Crop will do the trick - it has everything it would need, plus some additives like kelp and silica that'll help with my heat issues.

How much do you guys usually water each plant with in a 3 gal pot? I've giving it like 450 mL of water, but I'm thinking I need to up it. It's getting a bit droopy, too. I've never been watering it to run off since I don't use nutrients with salts.

I was hideously wrong and I believe I've done some damage. She's definitely over-watered. Would I want to wait extra long before watering her, like 5 days or something?

She is getting progressively worse. Would it even be possible to recover from this? Should I just give her plain water next time?

Let it dry out completely before watering again. So much you’re like damn this thing is dry.

make sure you don’t leave runoff after feeding or watering dispose of it.

next time water only and check your TDS if you can.

I slowly water until it starts to run out the bottom. Aka runoff and dispose of it. I water one with what I think then the other. Give it 5 minutes or so and continue slowly until water comes out of pot.

I came at her a little harder and tied down some more branches since she recovered so well.

When would I want to stop tying them down? I've heard that they can get rigid during flower.

Keep tying them down and once they are rigid you can stop or leave them because they will get rigid in the new shape. I leave mine so it doesn’t slowly work it’s way in through flower.
