Definitely lowering lights can keep them stunted, but that is very difficult to now assess clearly what level of par the plants can handle already having stress, and you then would need to know the par your light is putting off. How far are they right now and what do your par values for the light say they are for that distance. I would try o get he lights in the 475 to 525 for now and then ramp it up closer to 700 as the flowers really start to develop in three weeks or so.
Just my two cents...each situation is so unique. Also keep an eye on the VPD values if you know what those are, forgive me if this was already discussed. Make sure your RH is in line with the temps. Then you can push par values a bit. That's one method you can use to get them back and get some decent yield too.
Good luck man!
I don't think I can ever get up to optimal rh with my temps, but am trying to keep close to 50%. I have the lights at about 27 inches above the plants now. Will check everything when I get home tonight and report back.
My rh is 30% all the way through the grow in coco but when in soil n perlite mix it’s 50-55%rh and my plants do ok between 1.5-2.5 oz per plant that’s a average of between 6-10 oz per crop not bad to say my tent is only small 80x80x160cm but it serves me well [emoji12][emoji106][emoji636]

That’s encouraging to me, Bugz. I need to get everything right for flowering in order to maximize the yield. Thankfully, these plants aren’t showing any signs of flowering, so they may grow some more before then. Trying to keep it he th above 50 is hard, even with the humidifier as the garage humidity is 20 or even lower sometimes!
I am with @budzey on this. It is important to enjoy the event. I like to think I have a synergy with my plants - they know I care.Listen man I no u need to get everything failed in but ul do ok with what u av right now I suggest u get ur first grow under ur belt u can iron the finer details out next run.. many new growers make the mistake to get thing perfect the first grow rather than enjoying the grow itself I was the same I’m no expert but I’ve got through a few grows learning more each time it’s a great experience growing weed the growing gets addictive I will av plenty of time to improve [emoji106] it gets easier man and I swear that is it’s a weed and this plant can take some right hammer ul do great brutha
