Grow Room I need some help!

Is this the setup giving u trouble or the solution you came up with?

This setup is still giving me trouble, and no the solution hasn't been installed yet lol. But my box is 14x14" by 20" high, with that 6" exhaust you would think that it would suck all that heat out? The filter exhaust is relatively close to the intake holes and all of the intakes are seen in the picture, besides the floor being cut out for the pots and a few 1/8" holes drilled throughout the floor for some extra air..I have about 5" under there that is open in the back to feed the holes on the floor...

Another issue is that the filter has to be sucking more air than the intakes so it keeps pressure to hold the smell, so I cant mount a fan to pull cool air in. I tried plugging every single hole and running a 12v pc fan on 5v, still too much.

My filter is a 6" duct fan blowing into 4" ducting, then into a 4" "coupling" that holds the carbon, and then into a 4" duct fan to get more suction through the carbon.

As of right now My pressure is good but my temps are too high, at night when I have to close the box I can only run one or two bulbs and it maxs around 91F Hell I'm even running 13w bulbs just to keep my girls alive until I can solve this.

I think the bottom line is, this box is too damn complicated. But I'm too far into it now.. So I'm gonna vent my lights directly in and out. I built a box and cut the plexi glass for it I just need to go grab like two pc fans and try to find some smaller ducting. I'm thinking like 2/12" or 3". If no heat is coming out of the light fixture into the grow box I figure all I gotta do is keep that air moving... what size fans do you think I should grab? Idk if those 2 or 3" fans would be enough to keep those bulbs from melting the cover. Plus you think a security blanket or safety blanket whatever would melt if I stuck it to the walls inside?

Btw the first issue cant really be resolved, I need to keep everything to the back of the box and I don't have much room to maneuver all that junk.

Box is up and running, plants are doing just fine, life is good :gthumb:
See y'all on a different thread!
