Man, reading through this would confuse anybody...
Regardless of some list you're being led to think you need, there's only 3 required....grow medium, water, light. I didn't even have a ph or ppm meter for 13 yrs...
You are far from needing nutes and far from growing any viable weed when you're following some complicated methods...
Just plant a seed in moistened medium, keep it bout 80f and leave it alone,
also known as the KISS method.

I may be more picky than some but I haven’t gone back and read updated list but if u don’t get a ph pen u at least need to check city water board to see what’s in your water! My city has such nasty chloramine infested water that my plants would prob boycott me and jump out their containers if I gave it to em! I use jugs of spring water from Walmart for .80cents apiece to alleviate the stress of giving them water I won’t drink!

Chloramines are formed when municipal water is treated with chlorine AND ammonia to sanitize the water. Check your local water report and look for ammonia in the sanitizer portion. Chloramines do not dissipate in the air and they are not good for your grow environment. It is very easy to treat for it. Just use ascorbic acid.

Chloramines Removal

You are looking for ascorbic acid - vitamin C. The store brand is usually the cheapest without other stuff added in. 50mg per gallon will treat water with 3.8 PPM of chloramines.

Thanks man cuz it does get old buying 10 gallons at a time personally and that’s while 6of10 are still seedling to 18days or so! Fill out veg to flower would be rough! Next stop vitamin c powder! Pretty sure I know what u r talking about cuz was mentioned when I was looking for something to help ph but at the time didn’t know my nutes I was using then would drop it! Now I’m trying organic n no bottles stuff!

I have two seeds, blue dream & white widow, germinating, which I put between paper towels just now at 8:30pm wed 1/22. What is the protocol for this?
Also, how do I prepare in the meantime?
I have the tent up, the light up (how high?). How exactly do I rig the inline fan, carbon filter, digital thermometer & hygrometer and duct?
I currently have Royal gold mendo, the 2 fabric pots, bluelab grower's toolbox, aquarium air pump and air stone.
I'll have the gain express soil ph meter tomorrow, gen. hydro. ph up ph down (2 gallons) fri., and green leaf mega crop and a 5 gallon bucket soon enough.
What would be a proper flushing?

Either like this with the fan sucking air thru filter and out a vent sock at top of tent

Or u can swap places with fan and filter with filter outside tent so fan is blowing air thru the ac ducting and out of tent n finishing blowing thru filter
