Aaaand JUMPING BLACK DASH(Domina) has joined the grow.

Whats that? The once dead purple haze has lifted its head. Its like the jesus story but real!!! So it looks like im just gunna be running 4 different strains about 1.5 weeks apart.

Time to get to work. Ill be doing a bio-dump of myco/baccs for the soil this morning.

What causes this? Notice the lack of ridges? Ive got them at the tops. Is that just a really big sugar leaf? I know the shiny and dark is the lack of phosphorus.. But lack of ridges im confused by.

How do i tag if im on tapatalk? I could use some jingo or other folks input here.

I saw pics of photos that were budding and then they revenged the plant they looked VERY SIMILAR!!! Google the pics and see what you think???

Exactly what I was going to say. Since you are growing and auto, maybe your plant has gone beyond its natural life and it's just trying to hang on. If so, the next thing that will happen is it'll throw some little bananas out in the buds.

If your room is in the low 70s and your tent is in the 80s you either need a bigger room or a bigger fan. You also need to make certain you exhaust your air out of the room you intake air from. So if you buy yourself a new 6in exhaust system you can take your old system and use that as your intake system. Then you get a high low and shut off fan speed controller and you get really great temperature control.

So I intake from a room that can get high as 76 degrees, but I exhaust into my attic. What that does for me is it keeps my grow room at a nice stable 78 to 80 which is where I like to be with LEDs. If you exhaust into an attic or crawl space you need to think about extra ventilation to get the moisture out of that space. I have a Gable end fan that blows 24 hours a day to exhaust the moisture out of my attic.

Im currently exhausting into the same room. I have a 2.5'×2.5' that sists in a 12x10 room alone. The room is hooked to central ac and is regularly in the 72ish range. I ONLY have issues in the early am from 4 to 8. But i do intend to exhaust differently in the long run. I have a half bathroom in that room with a 6in exhaust. I am considering hooking up a carbon filter dierectly to the exhaust fan in the bathroom and running my tent exhaust there as a lung room. But i want the 2nd carbon scrubber because of my not so cool neighbors in my not so cool state.

Lets hope for some nanners!!!!!!

Updated the feed chart to account for 12 week grows. This is the same one ive been following but i tweaked it slightly before putting it into place about a week ago.

Ill also be starting ice feeding for week 11 feed and no water at all for the last 4 to 5 days. Im thinking this will stress the plant right before harvest, mimic the oncoming of winter, and dry it out a bit before harvest so itll dry a day or 2 earlier.

I pulled white widow [HASHTAG]#1[/HASHTAG] from the tent today. I plan to cut it tomorrow night so i can have a pot for purple haze. I will be downgrading the bag to a 3gallon and redistributing some soil slowly by topdressing to all the new plants. I want to add about .5 gal of soil to each bag since they're not even 2/3 full.

Harvested widow [HASHTAG]#1[/HASHTAG] tonight. The soil had about 10% sand dry. The rest was moist like a good chocolate cake.
It weighed 59.7g. Sooo the 4 SMALLEST nugs weighed over half of the initial harvest...
This ladies and gentlemen is why patience is a virtue. They more than quadrupled in size since the initial harvest in the mid-end of may and definately more dense. Surprising considering that humidity in the tent is 45-55 day and 75ish on the NON watering night and temps can get into mid 80s during the morning and evening... Think when the house ac kicks off for an hour or more.

Im trying to think of a resolution to this and of the opposite problem in winter when the central ac tries to heat the room.

I dont want to but i am considering a window unit. Any other ideas? Id rather not do a window unit if i can avoid it. Theyre costly to run. Not to mention thatd be my 4x4 tent upgrade money. Ill be needing that in a month or 2. 4 plants in a 2.5'×2.5'×5' under a cmh open bulb. Thats not gunna go well. Especially when i add the next run in.

Will a larger tent with the same light and fan be cooler, warmer, or no effect from the current setup?

Do you have a high low and off fan speed controller? If you have that and your exhaust fan is adequately sized, you might want to consider an LED that outputs as much as your hid. That would allow you to grow at higher temperatures I grow it around 78 to 80 and then it would lower your Peak temperatures. Long run it wouldn't solve the solution for expanding your grow space. So it's kind of a trade-off. That's essentially what most of us have done when we have just a little bit of too high a temperature in a couple times a day, we just switched over to LEDs.

I was going to recommend my lights, but they've become much more expensive the last year or two. That's the funny thing about lumigrow LEDs, they tend to pick up in value after the production has stopped. At least I think the 325 Pros are no longer in production or at least they're on light model 6 or 7 now.

So i missed my weekly sunday update. Sorry yall... But here it is.

Ak/og are off to the races. Though ive started tying ak down, og is staying short and stocky. The same height as ak is when tied down. But i am seeing the benefits in aks side growth. Definately more pronounced than og.
Purple haze hasnt done much. Not sure if theres a plant but its green mostly....
Domina is doing beautifully. About a 2 inch stem holding long beautiful single fingered leaves and the set of 3s developing. Doing well for popping on thursday.
White widow [HASHTAG]#2[/HASHTAG] is now the main viewing in the tent since the beautiful demise of [HASHTAG]#1[/HASHTAG]. The phosphorus and calmag deficiencies are going. Still throwing large tufts of white hair.
The 4 branches of ww1 i had left weighed in at 59.7 so im thinking around 12 to 15 finished. Not terrible and ill take it.

Finally tied down og. I also hooked up my exhaust to the bathroom exhaust fan. Im hoping thatll keep the ambient room temp lower so the tent temps come down a couple degrees. I was still getting 80s in the am and pm. Lets see what this does...

Sunday update.
Ak and og are coming along nicely. Theyve begun that explosive veg growth and are being tied down about daily. I swear theyre like kids. No be down... I said down.... I said down. Lol
The black domina is alive. And thats about it. For being. 1.5 weeks, its only rocking leaf fingers 1, 3, and its working on its forst 5 fingered leaves. Either shes a slow starter ir shes gunna take like 4 to 5 months. And unless i happen to get some crazy pheno for og that yields well, i may not have 4 mo ths to wait.

Ww2 seems to be filling in nicely, though that wierd re-veg growth is still a thing. I mean.... I am technically re-vegging... But i meant more to continue flowering... I guess its doing both.

Also this week i hooked up my exhaust to tye bathroom and surprise!!!! Temps in the tent (and grow room) went down. I kinda cant believe that a single cmh can heat a whole 12x10 main ac fed room to a 10ish degree difference.

Not exactly this run related but: i ordered seeds for a buddy out here and they sponsored me a pack of gorilla glue from fastbuds as a thank you. As i ordered from sensible seeds, he got a shit-ton of free seeds as well, so he said wed be splitting some of those. Im totes down for that as he ordered 10 blue dreamatic, some gsc, and some green crack. All fastbuds. Ive been wanting to run blue dream, gorilla glue, and gsc for a while, but have been hesitant om placing another seed order as my gf isnt super happy about the actual cost of growing.
So this is a work around. She cant be mad at free. Sometimes i love being the daring one in the prohibition state.
