I have had good experience with HTG. Almost everything I have now I got from them. They shipped fast and the first timer I got didn't work. I emailed them and within 24 hours I was emailed back saying that they would send out another immediately. All free of course and shipping too. My new one arrived less than a week later and works just fine,I didn't have to send the other one back or anything. That's great customer service. They have almost all the name brand nutes. I didn't know they had Promix, thanks. True they sell knock off stuff but you should be researching before you buy anything anyway. I may or may not have a knock off LED light now. I've had it for almost a month. It works but I just don;t know how well. BUT. I emailed them saying nothing was wrong with it, but it was just the wrong light. And they emailed me back again within 24 hours and said that they would exchange for store credit no problem. As I knew it was past their 14 day return I was so surprised I could return it if I wanted for some other lights. I'm still in the process of making sure it's straight but at least I know I can exchange if I need to. Best of luck with you.
