New Grower how should i use biobizz grow and bloom

Hello! I'm new grower.I just ordered white widow autoflowering seeds x3.I will use biobizz lightmix soil in 19 L smart pots.But something confusing me.When do i start feeding them ? and how much nutrients should i feed them with ?

I will say with auto flowers feed only half the amount they tell you to give them..

Half the amount the tell you and you can bump it up a little till you see some tip burn then back off every plant is different some can handle full amounts and then some..
