I suggest you spin your own estimates based on your own realistic expectations for crop productivity (yield/area). Unless you are at expert level, it may likely work out that your best option is to crowd them some (by many growers' standards, such as keep them like in the picture). The results may not be as pretty (a jungle), the plants each may not be as big, etc., but using as much as possible of your limited area for foliage, rather than empty space separating plants, may be your best option.
Last harvest, I got about 24 ounces/700 grams from 8 plants, average of about 3 oz./ plant, with 3 plants over 1/4-lb., jammed-in a 12.5 sq. ft. tent (positioned as 2 x 4, as in your picture) or 1.5 sq. ft. area for each plant (using 900w LED, 5 gal. airpots (look same size a what you're using), coco/perlite, manual DTW, Advanced Nutrients full line). This averages about 2 oz./square foot with 1.5 sq. ft./plant. In your 9 sq. ft. tent, that means 6 plants (probably arranged as in the picture), with a yield of about 18 oz. (at the rate I got).
If you grow 4 plants, to get to the same 18 oz. you need to get 4.5 oz./plant, which I presume is hard to reliably attain for all but the real experts/pros. With more plants jammed together, you get more variety by growing more plants, and you always have options of culling or moving out any slow-growing plants.
Or another option is to grow say 4 known very high yield (e.g., AutoUltimate), XXL, superauto, etc. plants, but also consider that these may take longer.
