How long before ready?

Oh I have no problem waiting and thank you. I am super excited it has been a challenging but fun 1st run. I for sure don't want a heart racing high I want to relax. I have 6 others in flower planted at the same time but they all seem a week or 2 behind these other 2.
you will get so much more from them leaving them also when checking trichomes the ones on the leaves degrade a lot quicker so when checking make sure you check on your buds themselves i just thought it may help and its nice to meet you growbro

Thank you so much for the advice I will take all I can get and for the warm welcome. It's nice to meet you as well.

Hey everyone,

1st time grow here as well as 1st post. I was hoping someone could help me with about how long before these are ready to be cut down? They are Girl Scout Cookies Extreme Autoflowers from ILGM and these 2 are now on day 53. The buds not that big around yet but I made plenty of mistakes learning along the way so maybe they won't get much fuller. I have a few more plants growing but they are at least a week or 2 behind these ones. I just don't want to cut them down too quick or too late either. The last 2 pics are of a different plant but they are both the same type. Sorry if the pics are not that great I just used my phone for these.

Also if I am looking for more of an end of day couch lock high am I aiming for about 20% amber?

Still a lot of white pistils so I'd say you have at least a couple weeks to go. Looks great though - beautiful plant! And if it were me, I'd err on the side of waiting too long than chopping too early. They really do chunk up quite a bit over the last couple week. Good luck down the home stretch!
I would agree with this post, looks good but I’d keep her going

Only been 4 days since I posted the 1st pics and there has been a lot of changes in this one plant in particular. Starting to see some ambers in there now but not 30-40%. Buds still are not very fat but I swear I can almost see new calyx's on the buds every time I walk in there lol. The other plant that I posted pics of the other day has been growing a lot more calyx's as well on the buds but still no amber. Still think a couple more weeks at least?

Last bit of its life is really a big difference. They will look completely different and give off a better smoke if you don’t harvest early. Lady’s looking good mate!

Also make sure you are checking the tricomes on the bud not the sugar leafs

Thank you for responding. . So you think a couple more weeks still even with amber trichs showing up? I guess I don't know how quick they change from cloudy to amber since I haven't went through it before.

So some of your pics do look amber, but I'd emphasize what @Pepperjack420 said there, you want to check "row 2" of your buds and mostly ignore what you see on your leaves and on row 1 of your buds. Row 1 are your tops, row 2 are the nodes right below your tops.

I would just keep checking them every day until you get to what you want. I like to go a week at least longer than what the breeder suggests. The last two weeks of its life really puts in the weight and more tricomes and more mature tricomes. The pics I’m looking at is mostly of the sugar leafs. I would look at the bud structure it self. The sugar leafs will mature faster than the bud
