Thanks, but seriously, there are some newbie grows on here that easily compare to mine, if not outshine it. Trap, for instance, had a CRAY-ZEE! first grow! Spikerbiker, did too! The way Dreadlow is going, he may crush my first grow! I appreciate the HUGE compliment, but don't look at what I did as anything special, Cuch. I just asked a lot of questions, followed directions, and stayed true to the fact that I didn't know shit, and needed to learn everyday. Bro, with all this knowledge up in here, it won't surprise me if another newb is in the running for BOM real soon! But thank you, Cuch. I'm humbled, man

I should be throwing the buds into jars tonight or tomorrow. Was still getting some "bend" instead of "snap" when I checked last night. I'm trying to pay the buds as little attention as possible, so I won't start wanting to pick at them. After a week, maybe two, in the jars, I'm sampling! I'll take some bud shots tonight, but I can't wait to get some cured nug shots! One thing I'm not sure about is whether I should jar the buds whole, or should I cut them down to size?

Ive done both to be honest and never really noticed a big diff....I did it with the same strain from same plant for a test once....they smelled the same and tasted the same..and I didnt notice a diff in potency..but that is just my personal experience...both were cured for 4 weeks..

TGB you have done well. I've gone through your whole journal in 2 hours and i must say :kusht: amazing, inspirational.

give them buds a nice 6 to 8 week cure and ur smoke will be smoooooooooth.

have u heard of boveda packs theyr available on amazon and have the rh at perfect percentage to give our buds the perfect cure.

Yeah, made a mistake, had to send the 72's back I got, and exchange them for 62's. Now I'm patiently waiting for them to arrive. Thanks for the compliment, Zain. My success on my first grow is a testament to just how good this site and it's members are. Despite all the panicking, whining, and screw ups, I was able to have a strong finish because these guys never gave up on me.

No doubt!! Part of me wants to sample after about a week or two of cure, but then another part of me screams, "Stay strong! Don't touch until the full cure is done!" Decisions, decisions...
