Hi Guys! Thought I would share with you my homemade SCROG.
So the materials I used for my SCROG was..
1 x 2.4m length of wood
4 x bags of screwed eyes
8 x screws
1 x garden cable
So my SCROG was made for my dr60 which is of course 600mmx600mm, but with the poles inside it is slightly shorter so my Screen ended up 600mmx565mm (slightly rectangular).
The first step was to cut the wood to size, the wood I used was 20mmx40mm, two lengths were cut at 600mm and two at 525mm, the two 525mm lengths are the inside pieces so obviously I took off two widths of the wood to give me a final measurement of 565mm.
Once the wood was cut I screwed it together to give me the frame!
I then took the inside measurements of the frame divided it by 9 (so that I end up with 9x9 square holes in the end), once I'd marked my wood I screwed in the eye screws. I also used 4 larger eye screws in the corners so that I could suspend my screen and adjust the height if needed from the top of my tent.
Now all the screws are in all that's left is to thread your cable through the holes, hang it in your tent and SCROG away
