HLG DIABLO 650R (The Bears Grow & Show)

Thanks mate is there a way of doing it without a plug in thermostat & just use the dial on the heater,
I let the temp go up to 25c then slowly turned the dial until it clicked off, does that means it shuts of at 25c average now?
Funds are low so have to wait until next week now to buy anything
If you just want the dial, it's trial error. Start at the lowest setting and see what temp you get, turn the dial slightly and mark it or if there are marks use them, again leave it check it, repeat until you are where you want to be. Then monitor heat and see how you go.
Good luck m8.

Exactly what I have done with fine results. Not as convenient as a proper thermostatic control like an Inkbird, but with patience, temps can be coaxed pretty much to where you want them, just with a bit larger range than with digital control. Good luck with it @THE BEAR.

Thankyou
It's doing the job anyways and if it gets too warm the prima kilma fan will kick in and turn itself up untill temps go back down again.

Got some discoloration in some leaves & some signs of N-tox since the power mishap.
Could the no power & too much Rh have caused N-tox from obsorbing the moisture through the leaves, resulting in too much N being taken in?

I find this interesting because I keep my room in the 22-24C range at all times and my plants do fine. Now I might get slightly better yields with higher temps but i find this less stressful on the plants and on my aircondtioning needs. And my plants look fine.

The power outtage caused abit of damage but hopefully alls good again,
Had some dew on some plants when I got the power on again. And had to turn up the extraction to try dry things up abit,
Then temps were low last night around 22/23c with light on full whack too.

Hoping this heater solves my problems

Not likely. N tox will show up quickly in nutrient fed plants that have gotten too dry however as concentration of nutrients increases as moister decreases. PH changes also. If your seeing N tox they are most likely over fed.
