New Grower Hiding My Grow Area

i forgot to mention this, so i will now. i live in federally subsidized housing due to my dis-ability and income. anyone who works for this system has open access to my apt. even when i'm out grocery shopping etc. to me, when they come and i'm not here, that's illegal home invasion! the maint guys here are cool and would keep closed mouths. the next place, i'll have too gain their trust, and i think that'll be easy to do....when i start growing; i'm going to have to be extra careful. i think i'm going to enjoy looking for places to hide my stash after it's harvested. having to put up with this, will make me a sharper thinker than i already am lol.
something i must tell you...i'm going back to college, and after i graduate...i'm going to work for the state for the Dept. of Rehab. at the Administration level, to help write laws to benefit People With Dis-abilities. how cool is that ???...lol...if the Medical MJ law isn't passed here (they're still working on it), when i start work...maybe i'll have some pull.
i'll have to "disguise" my grow area because i have very small closets, and i'm thinking about how to do this as i type. actually, i have the perfect place right now to hide my stash, until i want some. i don't have a dresser so i keep my clothes in suitcases and walk-on bags...whatcha think guys ???...can i out-smart these fools ???

Man, I get nervous reading your post. If you get busted, won't they kick you out of your house? And a felony conviction for cultivation might sink your hopes of getting a government job. I would proceed very carefully, my friend.

have you got room for a small cabinet or maybe a big computer case?
or i was considering a small refrigerator for a grow spot
then make your harvest into edibles
the best way to get all the meds out of the canna plant,(i think)

Bah, hard for me to comment. I read your introduction thread and I know the suffering you're going through not personally, but educated to the conditions. It's very hard for me to say "NO DON'T GROW!!!" because when something relieves the pain and discomfort and levels you out. I've seen MMJ do wonderful things for a family member with CP. I wish you the best of luck and reccomend checking out the micro growing forum. There's some nifty ideas in there for small spaces (Biftero is a poster with an awesome stealth PC, minus the window.. haha.. GnowmGrown posted a really cool speakerbox tutorial, sub the LED for CFLs using Andy's PVC DIY fixture and you'd be in business for low cost/stealth.. Keep it in a closet with a shoe box on top of it. Don't grow more than personal need, he fit 2 1gal pots in it nicely.

Andy...they could kick me out, and yep, if i were to be caught i's never get the job i want, if they were to catch me, and i've taken that thought into mind....don't worry my friend...i'm postive that i can out-smart them, simply because i've always been super careful no matter what i do....thank for your advice my friend, it's very appreciated!

RSV...your idea of a cabinet is exactly what i'm thinking of...i need a night-stand, so i've been designing one in my head. i want to build it myself, for 2 reasons, 1 because i know how, and 2 i don't want to have to gut an already made cabinet. your advice is appreciated also my friend.

Dykster...thanks for your concern and advice my friend...believe it or not; i've found that for me...i'm a very quiet, and cautious man anyway , and being so, i never attract attention. RSV and i are thinking alike with the cabinet idea; plus, where i'm moving to, i'm not going to have furniture unless i built it (i'm not going to buy store bought garbage). i'm going to build it all for my tastes and it'll be very un-obtrusive. i'll be very careful...I promise you my friend.

Terd...i forgot to mention...one of the maint. men is going to retire very soon, and the other, is a smoker! i will stay low...and i promise you that! when i move, i'll be even more cautious, simply because i'll be building my furniture. all they'll know it'll be is furniture. thank you for watching out for me my friend...i appreciate it!

WG...you've read my mind lol...my grow will be very small...i'm reading everything that i can get my hands on, and the info that i'm finding is influencing what i have in mind. my grow will only be big enough for smoke now and again during weather fronts, and some to eat in my food. i'll be very careful and thank you for your advice too...it's appreciated as well!

guys...you've all given me great advice, and it's all very appreciated...i forgot to mention that i've always been very careful about everything that i've ever done, simply because i've never had the choice to be otherwise! i've been told that i'm too analytical and too meticulous, and to me; it's very funny, but it's very true...you guys are a great bunch, and i really do appreciate your concern, it means more than you'll ever know!...thanks guys!
