New Grower Hi can the seed get stuck to the shoot part?

Hi Hairy :)

I'd advise you not to manually remove the seed-shell in the future, just keep the environment moist and the plant will retain the sheel for as long as it needs to. It's the plant's only nutrient store at the beginning so shouldn't be removed. An easy way to keep the environment moist is just to mist all around her with tap water, preferably prefiltered through a cheap shower chlorine-filter.

Your organic soil may be too hot, you shouldn't have to worry about soil pH since it's an organic mix. The plants look a little small for eleven days so it would be good to find out why early on, i think it may be too much N as said above..

All the best,

steely

should i try to do anything about the n content?

ph of the soil can be a bit off??

Don't worry about the N content, the plant will overcome the excess as it grows.

Don't worry about your soil pH, organic soil buffers the pH.

thanks
goodbye
accepting all sorts of guidance :P

You will have a plant that won't grow to it's max because of the hot start.

Be sure to get a lighter soil mix for the next time and at day 14 it will be this size :

hi,
some one killed my bubblegum. i had dozed off in the evening while the plant was catching sunlight. when i woke up the plant didnt exist any more.(some bird or some thing did this)

so can i reuse the pot and half the soil? i mixed all my vermicompost in this only.
so to reduce the heat of the soil can i add more coco peat?
