She looks just fine. Those little colagnadon (spelling? Haha) leaves don't really matter once the others come in. Your good man. Don't sweat it.

should i tighten the soil? will that help?
 
I think you'd be fine if you filled up your pot with more of your medium! If that doesn't do it, you can put a chop stick in away from your roots, but angled toward your plant for it to lean on

adding more soil wont hinder with growth? and what if the soil touches the leafs?
 
I'd fill it as much as you can while leaving 1-1.5 inches of space before the cotyledons. Roots will start growing out of the newly submerged stem and actually help your growth in the end!
