guys this closet is built in and like 100+ yrs old so now u cant just build a new door..but thanks...The key part of this is NO CUTTING OR BUILDING....Wanted to know if theres an alternative to what everyone does with the fan/filter ducting and cutting holes...

Then your fucked because ONA is just a cover up and without cutting a panel or a cardboard door, how else can you get negative pressure in that area? carbon is the answer, you must filter or you will be caught. The smell will give you up quick..sorry.

Yeah, masking the smell can only get you so far, and you can still smell your plants, I put up with it for a while, but in the end I ordered a carbon filter, that's the best way to go

I had a similar problem, so, you build a frame that sits inside the cupboard and mount a second door. this second door has your intake drilled at the bottom and output blowing out the top with yer fan and filter mounted inside. I had mine set up so that closing the main door pressed a switch that turned off only the extraction. as the cupboard was off our living room it meant when we had visitors the door could quickly be shut and as long as they weren't in for too long the smell was contained, just remember to keep the outside door open at all other times. i also had a run of ducting that I could attach up to the outside of the inner door and run hot air upstairs when things were getting too hot during the summer, was unsightly but did the job in an emergency and couldn't be seen from outside.

i just need something to help with the smell as its strong while budding as we all know..I think ill just throw in a carbon filter in the corner(When i start back-up, taking a break) and have the fan blowing directly on it and hopefully it will just mask it enough as i smoke all day to try and help with my pain...I know ideally i would have the fan/filter combo but its not an option at the time..Thanks everyone

the area is 3x4 but i just wanna know if putting a homemade carbon filter in the corner of my space(for when i start back up in a while, stopped for a bit) with a tower fan blowing its direction if it will HELP i know it prob wont stop the stank but thats fine i just want to calm it down a bit....Thanks everyone...
