Hermaphrodite of 100% Male?

OK that makes sense, I trimmed some pollen sacks off the hermies, that plant shown in this post is scheduled for removal as soon as the lights kick on.

P.S. There was no pollen that i could see in any of the sacks.
 
none yet, just get it away from your females, keep it in a window if you want to keep it alive so you can collect it's pollen in an envelope, for future breeding, or just use a Q tip in some of it and apply to one of your bud sites or branches for some seed production on that site alone. or, just kill the bastard and be safe from accidental pollination.
If he is 100% male how much damage has he done to my crop at this stage?

There are no hermi... THOSE are male plants. If you dont want seeds then kill the male plants, male plants are not for smoking, there sole purpose is to pollinate the females.
