Right after it was dispatched I got an email saying "Unfortunately due to current problems with tracked mail not arriving we have sent your package by standard Airmail, this does not affect your guaranteed delivery and your package is fully insured." Then after 25 days I emailed them and they offered a resend (again without tracking). Customer service was real fast but in the resend email they said they would be unable to resend or refund if my 2nd package didn't make it. I've never had any problems getting my mail (I actually received 2 other tracked orders from a different sb in that time). It could've gotten snagged by customs but that still doesn't change the fact that I paid for "tracking and guaranteed" shipping.
I will contact Herbies again after the holidays. I do hope my package just got lost and maybe it will finally make it's way to me. I'll adjust my review if it does.
