I'm in the UK, waiting on seeds (not from vendors) and I've had an absence in post for about a week now. It would seem the whole bloody postal service is failing atm, not just US mail.

I ordered from Herbies last week after having another terrible experience with the attitude. They emailed me saying that they were sending them in a greeting card. I received the package untouched yesterday but when I opened it up every seed was completely smashed. The only thing I can think of is that some asshole at the post office felt something in there and smashed it with their fingers. The seeds were actually protected pretty well.

I emailed them a with a picture right away. Herbie sent a reply very fast and stated they could either resend them with a future order, resend now or refund my money. That is outstanding customer service!!! I'll be waiting to see if I get them whole this time but even if something does happen, Herbies is doing everything they can.

My Herbies order is a no show at day 19

I have had good luck with Herbies until now.My last order arrived in ten days but my current order is still not here after 19 days.I e-mailed them week ago and they said that there was bad weather where they are and that might slow it down and to wait until feb 10 and notify them if I haven't received them.Lucky I had some Bubble Gum and Critical Jack seeds left from my last order so I couldn't wait anymore and planted
them They popped today so that's good.I am trying different mix and different nutes.My mix will be Royal Gold,a coco perlite mix from Humbolt.My nutes will be the Roots organic master pack.I will start a knew log in about three weeks.

I've only ever used herbies to get seeds, never had a problem.. I imagine even if they don't show up for whatever reason they will send them out again. What did you order?

Mine didn't get thru to me :/ first order with herbie and it was a little disappointing sense my mates placed orders and got them, herbie was more then happy to give a resend or my money back, i asked for the refund and he got onto it that very day! im sure whatever the outcome you'll still be a happy customer, heres some mail man :karma Cloud: bro hope you get them!

I have had some major delays with the mail also recently and hopefully yours are just experiencing a delay. Yes I know the feeling when you check the box and no beans, yep another 24. hrs. and maybe tomorrow. I have never dealt with Herbies, only a few messages and I have to say the blame is the mail and the weather has been brutal for most of the country. Hope yours show today.
