accidentally broke fan leaf while moving plants around the fan leaf that broke is on my trans siberian thats currently in flower did i stunt the plants anyhow?

Not to worry like Piggy said... One fan leaf is no trouble. I personally beheaded a Trans Siberian once lol by accident! And it still blew up! Excellent strain!
