HELP!!! Rust!

How much water are you giving them and how often?
Just enough, usually like half a gallon. I don't water to run off bc I don't have room too clean up and I have a dehumidifier on the floor and fan wires and stuff on the floor. It's not the best setup in the world and it's my first indoor setup and I'm on a budget. I've already got about 450-500 in everything. This will be my dry tent also so I need these to finish before my outdoor girls finish also or I will have a cluster fuck.

So your watering little ladies with approx 1.35 litres (sorry, I don’t work in US gallons). I’d say that’s too much water when they’re that small. I don’t water to run off either (you really don’t need to in soil). I’m using that much, once a day, on mine that are 35” tall!
I think I was doing about 500ml per plant, per day, when they were the size of yours. Sometimes I’d skip a day and give them nothing.
If your soil is permanently wet the roots aren’t encouraged to grow out in search of water (don’t mean to be patronising, I’m sure you know all this). Water sparingly, in a circle at about the same distance from the stem as the widest leaves. That way the soil around the stem will be drier (but still damp) and the roots will grow outwards to where the fresh water is being applied.

The only reason I said overwatering are these pics:

That sort of bulging in the leaves that I’ve circled in red, looks like too much water has been absorbed by the plant which causes that sort of drooping and swelling of the leaves
