HELP!!! Rust!

Yea what this guys saying! Lol I'm about to die over here.
I was low stress training my plants with garden staples or sod staples and they had some rust on them. Now all my plants have rust all over them. What do I do??? Please help I'm a newbie!
The plants don't look to go going by the pictures take a few pictures of the hole plants please and let's see them thanks pal

Ok, rust is just iron oxide and can’t “spread” all over your plants. It’s just the iron in the staples you used getting oxidised, and a small amount of that could rub off on the sites where the staples are, but not spread over the leaves. At worst the plant might be able to absorb some of that iron oxide causing either an iron overdose or a manganese lockout. I looks like a deficiency of some sort, I personally don’t think it has anything to do with the staples, but would still advise you to use something softer.

You haven’t said what medium your growing in, temps day and night, humidity, ph of feeds/watering and of medium? How old is she? What light is she getting?

So many things to consider that may contribute to what you’re seeing on your leaves. Need to understand your whole set up so we can help diagnose the problem

I'm using happy frog soil and advanced nutrients micro, grow and bloom with b-52, big bud and voodoo juice and calmag by general hydroponics. RH is about 60% but I've brought it down to 50% last night. Temps have been around 81○ F because I've been using a 600w HPS in a 2" x 4" tent but a swapped and put my Bestva in last night in draws 280w from the wall.

I did just do a good feeding yesterday at 6.00 PH and didn't think about it being a deficient bc they have been taking the feeding so well. The girls are about 4 weeks old.

How long have you been feeding them nutes for?
PH feeds/water for soil should ideally be between 6.3 and 6.8 so perhaps ph issues going on. What’s the soil ph at?

Deficiencies can be caused by overdoses of other nutes causing a lockout. The nute can be there but the plant can’t access it due to another nute causing a lockout.

What level of nutrients per litre have you used too? I don’t start adding nutes till week 3 and even then in 1/4 - 1/2 strength. You don’t really need to be using bloom nutes this early (unless flowering has started early).

Thanks. I'm so glad to hear it's not the rust fungus. I've been using nutes for 2 weeks at 1/3 dose. Idk my soil ph, my soil ph meter hasn't worked since I bought it. And the plants are almost 5 weeks old. Some are in week 1 of flower.

Rust fungus isn’t caused by rust, it’s just a similar colour, hence the name.
You can check the soil ph by taking some of the soul from a few inches down inside the pot, carefully so you don’t damage any roots. Mix it with some distilled water, let it soak for about 10 mins and then test the solution with a ph pen.

What size pot is it in? From the pictures you posted i can’t tell but looks like a solo cup. The drooping leaves in the pics looks like over watering to me as they look sort of “swollen” but floppy. Really need some full size pictures in natural light

I will do that and check the PH. I have 8 of them in 3 gallon pots and I have 3 in solo cups just to experiment.
