HELP!!! Rust!

I was low stress training my plants with garden staples or sod staples and they had some rust on them. Now all my plants have rust all over them. What do I do??? Please help I'm a newbie!

I'm on the road right at the moment. I will post pictures tonight. it spread in just a few hours man. It's bad. Thanks for the welcome. I wish my first post was a happier one.

Definitely. I'm hoping I can take the staples out, spray my plants with something and kill the rust and use pipe cleaners. I have some but the staples looked like a better option at the time. It definitely wasn't in the long run.
