Help plant seems stunted

I transplanted them from party cups to 3gallon grow bags in OF soil. They started in MG -.- i had to.

One is growing just fine. But the other looks healthy but shows no new signs of growth yet....

Oh Ganja Gods give this man patience, even humans grow in spurts, right now she is building a root system and building her energy then she will SPURT and please post pictures if u want advice from the pros here on AFN

autos are really bad about if you stress them any they will stunt hard, i have 4 out of 8 that were stunted because i messed with them to much when they were seed trying to get the shell off...best to leave them to theirselves they seem to do better

Look at my grow. It has had NO new growth. Its not about patience heh. The one that started the exact same day is about 2x its size now.\

It has to be stunted because it has had no new growth.. im just wondering how long does the stunt usually last?
