Those are definitely just internodal calyxes/preflowers, just really big ones! Nothing to worry about, quite the opposite actually.

Is this a Super Skunk auto from Sensi Seeds? I grew these last year and one of the phenos I got had the biggest calyxes I've ever seen.

Yes, it's sensi seeds. This is my first plants, so everything not completely normal is scary!
