Do these plants look healthy to you. I'm on day 41 of autos, to me it looks as if there is a nitrogen deficiency.

They look fine to me mate. Ndef starts with lower leaves not the new ones going yellow. The lighter color in your new growth is most likely normal. Keep on trucking, you are still on track.
