Normally I'm a photoperiod farmer but I've taking a liking to Autoflowers. Been experimenting a bit with Colloidal Silver and am hoping to get a heafty supply of beans.

This is what I'm currently doing: So I harvested an easy ryder auto a little early and left a few branches to sprayed with Colloidal Silver with a PPM of 50. I'm at day 7 and have been spraying the left over branches daily. Still no male pods.

If this doesn't work I have a dinafem white widow that I plan to spray with Colloidal Silver with a PPM of 240, my question is when should I start spraying her? It's a femmed auto bean BTW.

I'm not new to growing but I'm new to Autos, any advice on this subject would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks guys :D

am i understanding correctly that you only started to spray towards the end of the flowering cycle? because u said u harvested it early and left some branches to spray.

if thats the case i would think you started to spray too late.

Ive failed before doing CS..and learned from my mistake. I now always spray Before it starts to Flower.
Ive never treated an autoflower plant but with reg's i did that. and made myself some nice beans.
With autos im sure it will develop when the plant starts to flower. Im very new to autos too..so.Mabey some of the pros here will chime in.

Welcome ZF,enjoy your stay
Yes,would have to agree that starting earlier is better.
considering the short life cycle of most,if not all auto's i would get in as soon as sex is confirmed

Thanks for replying, yeah, I don't think trying this in late flowering is going to make a difference. Also thanks for the link!

well have you seen changes yet then on your late flowering attempt?
100% it will be more difficult if not impossible .
The plant needs more time to produce good seeds.
(unless you reveg and start over-but this is auto were talking,so not possible) its my understanding you only started to spray after you harvested a bunch off the plant.
Well either way i hope everything works out for ya. peace.

Thanks butters, I gave up, stopped spraying her and trashed it. Gonna start over with a white widow auto, going to start spraying once it shows sex, correct me if this is wrong.
