Fan takes away all the heat from the light ( temp there at top of seedling is 26 C / 78.8 F ). Distance between top of seedling and light is 7 cm/ 2.75 in ..

Also, does she look ok for day 4 of seedling stage?

Soil-
Garden soil 2 part, vermicompost 1 part, mix of perlite and cocopeat 1 part are major components
2 tsp of Neem cake powder, 1 tsp of bonemeal are minor components.

To water I use tap water , ph 7 and just because I got a new bottle of seaweed and could not resist myself, I added just one drop of seaweed to 750 ml of water with which I water around the seedling.

Also, I have packets of assorted NPK Water Soluble Fertilizers 19:19:19, 00:52:34, 12:61:00, 00:00:50,13:00:45 and Calcium Nitrate - 250gms each for later as need be and if guided here to do such.

Ok, a bit of panic .. why is her stalk so thin ? is she doing OK? .. should I panic ? ..she stands well on her own but still should I make a mound of dirt to nearly half of her length from bottom ? should I remove the led and put up full grow light or these are just newbie jitters of first grow that i am having?

Put a small fan on low, let her blow with the breeze! This builds her stark up. Remember she's 6 days old, how big is it suppose to be at that age? And yes, a little more soil around her base

She is holding up well without any issues in spite of the mild indirect fan breeze.
Also, I added a quick video to show the mound of dirt at base and indirect low breeze to make her shake as per your instructions !

Getting impatient to try it out .. but yet she is too young to go under that light? or can I ?

Very good, now her stem will get stronger as time goes by. Umm that light is good for now but might need something stronger for flower. Look into the auto cobs in the lighting sub forum. @BigSm0 has some good lights! I got 2 of them for my closet.

thanks .. also, current gear is the final purchase, I cant buy any more lights yet .. also, I am from across the world.. the shipping costs are almost double so are the duties to import .. so basically, that above YWX light is the final 'big' grow light .. right now the seedling is just under 12 volt phillips coolwhite LED bulb. Still PAR at the top of the seedling is 6000 lux. ( will recount today again) .. but if you say, I can put up that YWX light today. Do let me know.
