A DM on instagram is just as good, plus it tells me they have seem my message. They have responded in the past though instagram. So don't know why this would be different.

Have you sent them an email? Everytime i email them i get a response. Hopefully it turns out. Ive spoke to them.many times. Got seeds replaced free and all that so i domt know. Maybe he got busy and forgot to respond but thos is the first problem ive hesrd from.hdsc so hopefully its not a trend.

I know ive read messages and forgot to respond. I know ive also made mistakes at my job. Surely one mistake by a company thats treated you well isnt worth giving up on because of one dm. Id email them. Let us know though because this is the company i use and do appreciate the heads up.

I sent them another DM. Time will tell. Funny thing is I have ordered from herbies seeds in UK quite a few times sending them green backs in a greeting card and every time I got my order perfectly, plus tons of freebies. If you don't mind waiting 3 weeks herbies seeds is awesome! Plus the biggest selection around.
HDSC hasn't deterred me yet, just a little disappointed. Time will tell.

I got a response from my second message. They said they are just waiting for mephisto drop to come in and it's running late. Sad thing is this is the second order that said what I ordered was in stock. Turns out their inventory was wrong....

I get a response in minutes every time I have emailed HDSC. I wouldn't even think about trying Instagram to get customer service.

hopefully he expedites that to you. At least everything is ok on their end. Did you tell them this has happened twice? Maybe theyll compensate for that mistake since it wasnt the first time.

I left it on good terms with them. Said no problem. I'm not in a rush a have quite the stash of seeds.

Mephisto is having problems with getting paid and stashed are getting nabbed at customs from the charter I've heard. Not that everything you read on the net is true though just what I've read.
