Two weeks ago I wanted to order some mephisto forgotten cookies, HDSC showed they were out of stock on the 3pack and 7 packs. So I wrote them on Instagram asking when they might get some more in. They said "next Week". The following week (Tuesday) I checked the site and it showed they had 3 packs in stock. So I ordered a 3 pack along with some other beans.
I did not get a shipping email or tracking So I asked for tracking on Friday and they said my order was shipping out the following Monday.
I got no tracking the following Thursday I asked for tracking number again. They sent me a tracking that showed label was created but order still had not shipped. I wrote them and said. "I thought my order was shipping on Monday" They said "so did we" but we are sold on of forgotten cookies. I said, your website showed they were in stock when I ordered. They said, "yeah we thought they were in stock too". They said they would be getting them in Saturday....... So time will tell, but their website still shows 3 packs as being in stock. I think their communication could be better,,,,,

That may very well be a drop ship from the Breeder, or the breeder not getting their shipment out on time. With Mephisto in the grey area right now, hard to tell what is going on with breeder stock is my guess. Sorry you had so much issue, I did like 5 orders and never had more than 3 day wait, but never ordered Mephisto.

Yeah, The take care of their customers, like I said I never had an issue, and always had quick responses with them, although this is the busy season.

After reading this thread i jumped on hdsc's website and ordered a pack of mephisto grapey walter seeds. Paid monday night, received the seeds today! Im so down with that!

Well that was fast and easy, all things considered. Our first time and trying to go overseas has been discouraging w/ the exception of Nirvana. Fingers crossed. My one day membership here is already payin off.
