Oh sorry dude, when you said you were also at 51N as well and that you have had frosts in June I automatically assumed you were in the UK as well since London is at 51N and about 30 million people live at 51N in the south of UK, along with myself. I didn't think for a second that you would be Canada based, at 51N, which is why I went into details about microclimates and why you might be getting frosts when I'm not lol.

But yeah, I totally see where you're coming from now. I know 912GreenSkell echoed a similar thing about frosts in late May/early June, and he is at 45N in Canada. Anyway, I wish you luck with your grow this year man. Sorry to hear about the busts. But fuck them. They won't stop us haha!

ATB :thumbsup:

My friend gets the med weed from the supposed "best quality of med cannabis available in canada"(quote from specialist doctor) and it was an obscene $12-$15 a gram, and ironically enough it all tasted the same, and got you no higher than the weed I can grow in a closet or outside...lol Ermmmm...$12-15? Hahahahahahahahahhaha what a joke.

@Maria Sanchez

Yeah thats the game. Being that I worked remote drilling rig locations, had to do what I could. A crop in the bush near Camp was easy peasy. Spring time = start a few seeds on my week off, go to work 2 weeks. Come home and I am going back to site with plants on a 4 week veg and +/- pre flowers... Plant moms near location, root cuttings into ziplocks with a hand full of coco, place inside a safeway produce bag blown up and twist tied for 10 days. Bam rooted and ready, 100+ late starts by the end of june is enough. A cheap surveyors lath polytunnel is near invisible in may...

That, my man, sounds like the start of a legendary grow!
You started a journal already? Want to learn from you.
Gotta live right near the bush / forest / jungle for this kind of fun!

I'm thinking of grabbing maybe 2 hrs and checking out my nice north facing ridge site.
I am thinking of digging out some nice sized holes, put bags deep down but with lots of holes cut in sides and bottom of them..
Then just carrying in a couple of coco bricks, put the coco bricks in the bags, then do a couple of runs down the ridge to the stream and back, soaking the bricks.
Throw in some light fert to bring the ppm / ph in the coco about right. Leave for a couple of weeks to mature and settle in the rain and sun.
Then bring the 2-4 week old seedlings / small veging plants up and drop them in.

I like your cloning on site idea, have you successfully pulled this off before?

Love and hugs,
MJS

No that was long time ago... we did that and light dep in sea cans on the prairies. Cloning like that works great! All you need to pack in is your ziplocks pre filled and juiced up ready for cuttings then put em in a veg bag blow it up and done perfect environment, set em in the shade come back 10 days. Now I have a few spots near the city south facing. .:pass:
