Outdoor Growtogrow.. Michigan Unlimited multi strain organic grow

Hey GTG :pass: Thats good to know there is LED replacement for the T5s, they would last longer i assume also. I remember the good CMH lights from last year. The red LEDs sound good, i use T5s/sun for vege and T5s /sun for bloom.

Yes time released searles soil. Without the time release pallets it would be a nice base soil. Some appeared a bit large so I just removed the larger bits as well as some of the time release pallets
Advanced formulation potting media

Oooo :baked: Did you ever start composting?:pass:

:pass: :smokeit:not yet GTG, i am a bit slack there, I got about 200L of organic soil from past grows in a wheelie bin/:worship:Hope Son didnt do the girls in, he is inside can only watch from the window at the girls poor him:haha::crying: Seriously a really fine looking plant he is. I found Royal Queen seeds has some info on harvesting pollen. How is the farm up state? whats the soil like? for sure i think unless in the septic ( deep soil there) would be the spot to plant, but for sun the shed is the best western sun beats in there. I will have to contact the shed place again soon to see whats happening. My brothers and I got some form work to do, super handy thing is the house has an external outlet just around the corner:smoking:

Talking compost, i found timber creates (ones that bagged soil is usually on) , i could use that for compost and find a semi shaded location, and have 3 bays maybe, assume full sun is not good for a compost

@Growtogrow
:pass: :pighug: Thanks for the info GTG, that is a good lot of information.:woohoo1:

This is the exact method I used to collect and store, worked great
:pass::pighug::woohoo: Thanks Dude, that is great news, saves space than use the branches or whole plant

-------------------
Collected the sacs most are yellowish, he lost 3 over night. I have them now in the pantry in an airtight container in a brown paper bag let dry and follow the steps GTG posted from Leafy above.

Cloning
I hope I wasn't too anxious and jumping the gun a little bit on trying to get these clones cloned. :smokeit: "time seem to be moving faster " :shrug:
I took the tops from some of the girls and started cloning. :clapper:
So I dipped in cloneX. Each potential clone set in the Clone X for about 3 or 4 minutes.
I purchased a aeroponics cloner and I cleaned it real well. Then I let water run through it for a day. And then cleaned it again with a little bit of bleach water and then come back through and cleaned it again with the regular clean water.
I added 5 liters of bottled spring water to the reservoir and mixed in cloneX cloning solution 40 ml to the 5 liters of water. I then set the reservoir tank on top of the heating mat and turned on the pump then let it run overnight to warm the water tank and get the water good and aerated. " Oxygenated "

I started preparing the seedlings or I guess the small plants now. I start preparing them with the cloneX hormone spray about 4 or 5 days ago. Giving them a light mist once a day. Along with their regular misting everyday. The hormone mist is supposed to help the plant in rooting.
Also to help minimize stress on cloning day. I pre trimmed the hand leaves 1 to 2 days ahead of cloning day. Hopefully to help the plant heal before cloning.
( I don't know if it's necessary or not:shrug: I've done it in the past it's helps maybe...maybe not...I don't know just seems logical that it would.):shrug::pop:

Last night I dipped the cuttings.
I found 5 that I thought would be ready to try. 2 from the Red Hot Cookies , 1 Bruce banner#3, 1 Fire og kush.
I alcohol my scissors alcohol the razor blade. I made sure that my hands were alcohol and clean and I went to town surgically.

I love aeroclones! Fastest rooting I ever had without needing humidity domes or anything all that special. I stick my clones into stonewool rinsed with RO after I've dipped them in Rhizopon and try not to care for a week. The aeroclones were my best clones though but my DIY SOG res always leaked and I promised I'd make myself a new one at some point.

Have you seen the Dewey misters? They work well for aeroponics without all the issues usually associated with aero.

I've been reading about a cannabis specific virus in California and how alcohol isn't enough to sterilize tools. I also use alcohol but my space is pretty isolated. Also read/saw that fulvic/kelp mixtures at a 5:2 ratio keep tissues juvenile for longer and that the cytokinin from the kelp aids in promoting cell division to get those calluses forming.

Gonna have some great clones by the look of it though - good luck!
