Outdoor Growtogrow.. Michigan Unlimited multi strain organic grow

Hey there GTG

Wow you can get ice forming on your buds, lol i got it now you mean frosting up, haha i am bit slow today:drool::woohoo1:

Yes its pretty chilly and no frost just a bit on the roof, , but heavy dew which is common in winter months, why some fungi sometimes sprout up without rain. It was a cold snap, brought snow flurries to the highlands. Thats about as cold as it gets, and the next few nights all under 10c, pretty normal for winter, cage is a least 5c warmer, even it it was 0c that would be 5 in the cage so 0c (32F) doesnt happen every winter.

Well if you get down to 32°f range that's pretty damn chili..Brrr and you get fungus Without Rain cuz you got heavy Dew...mmm.. that can be a problem....too...

I suggest on those cold nights inside your grow cage tent... that you run a fan or 2 and run a little bit of heat in there. A small LP gas heater on low for the cold nights will bring those temps up a lot. And the plant's wouldn't stress at all. Plus the extra CO2 will be an added benefit.... When the lights are on... having the fans in there running 24/7 is a must anyways when the lights are on... or off to help keep it dry and fungus free.
And you want your leaves to be moving around for the oxygen and CO2 to flow over the plant.++++

Thanks GTG :pass: :d5: Very rare and doesnt happen every year 32c mornings. I like the idea of the LP gas heater, i also have a heating mat i use for seedlings, it doesnt get to hot but if left on inisde the cage tent that might be suffient, i always have a few running, esp during flower. Why i put the girls underneath also with the dews, but the ones of the table the autos could do with a fan there also on them to keep mould at bay. Still some mushrooms about the yard, without rain about the dew is keeping them going lol, though they are tiny. They love the Co2 thats for sure.

I got to get another good tarp to block more light from inside where the inside girls have the other T5 on them, sheet up isnt the best, though its very very mild light to the cage

It was a nice morning here. The sun was bright and the girls They were loving it.
But now it overcast and to rain this afternoon / evening into tomorrow morning.
Will be covering the grow cage just before it rains and kept covered until it stops.

Can you find Tyson the guard dog?

:pass:They are looking super GTG. Tyson i spotted him in the canna jungle :pighug:. GTG, does your tarp feel abit damp on the inside, noticed it this morning a bit damp and cold feeling. I think i have to maybe put them to bed earlier or the heater as you mentioned, its okay now since not blooming. Its something to fix for later................ super fine today yet 50% of shower this morning and afternoon.

Been growing like crazy in last two weeks. One of my photo plants grew five inches in two days. I think that it grew 3 feet in the last month even after topping every branch. That goose poop tea seemed to accelerate the growth into high gear. I'd have to go back some pages to see if it was just a week or two weeks when I built wire cages and put around them but they have already grown above and through them.

Today, I put two wheel barrels of decomposed white birch chips around the plants from a huge rotten stump I had ground up two or three years ago. Completely covered the raised bed outside the caged plants. Will I have nitrogen depletion from chips that decomposed? They are much more decomposed than what you have used. That stump was ground down below ground level so the chips are pretty well mixed with a sandy loam.

Going to rain tonight and then the really hot weather is coming in.

Hey smokey ...see you found Ty Ty...That's what we call him for short.

The tarp being moist on the inside is not a good thing realy.
You don't keep it coverd 24/7 do you?

IF you do
Then it need to have positive airflow. The air flow at the bottom. Lift up a small portion of the tent so air can come through the bottom or at the top....on one end...so a positive airflow can be created IN and OUT.
you got to have it open on the other. You need fans. The fans will draw air in on one end and push it out the other.

You maybe able to have Aid from the wind that blows in your area. If you open it up on the end that wind comes from most of the time and then open it up on the other end so that you get a good positive airflow with the natural wind outside that can also help.

But if you're just in there for a few hours a day that's not really a big deal. Cuz it's going to get condensation from the temperature change.
Having the fans in there and open on both ends or will help a lot.

Hey Doug ....
yeah I told you man that shit was going to take off...
The wood chips they sound like there pretty old at three years.

But because you didn't compost them first.. I still suggest putting down some newspaper around the plant and then put wood chips on top of that paper just to give it that barrier... it won't hurt a thing it's probably much more positive that you do....

Yeah you're going to see a massive growth right now with this rain and the sun....
The sun is still at its peak right now for a few more days yet....As we got the most sunlight we can possibly have for the entire year right now.
I think the sun runs like this still until just around the 11th of July and then it starts to really go down and start heading towards the winter solstice where the days start getting shorter and shorter.

That's why I grow like I grow...

I used the most intense sun with the highest concentration of UVB And all THE SUNS FULL SPECTRUM ... that the sun has to offer US.... This most intense time of the year to grow my weed... And Isn't That what everybody wants is the strongest light... right....?

Well.......

NEWS FLASH
EVERYBODY.....
THIS IS THE STRONGEST LIGHT
OF THE YEAR....HELLO.... LOL

That's y I started flowering on the 28th of May... To hit the sweet spot of sunlight....Mmmm...

4 week's in flower 2 day's ago.

HOW SWEET IT IS...

BINGO !!!

hey GTG, Thanks :pass: :pass::pighug:yes TYTY is good he doesnt eat the plants, and would love the canna forest and being away from being over loved also lol

Tarp is only down for light dept over night 14 hours darkness. It felt to me could be the cold but felt slightly damp okay for now, but not when flowering. I can see what you mean and have worked out a in and out system with pvc and computer fans, i would have to see how it appears in there, but i think air in and out when 4 big plants might be a good idea to be safe.
