Outdoor Growtogrow.. Michigan Unlimited multi strain organic grow

It got down real chili last night it got down to 22°f. :yoinks: I had to run an extra heat source as my first heat sores wasn't strong enough to keep the temperature up. At 3 a.m. my temperature inside the grow tent was down to 36°f I had to start the other heater. In about 1 hour the temp was up to 44°f and by 5 a.m. it was to 53°f:bow::pass:

Can't believe you are already in the ground. I'm off 75 just above the 45th and it has snowed the last two days. Was like early Summer a week ago. I've got photos in the basement I could transplant outdoors now if the weather would stop changing. Haven't even started any autos yet. Even my insulated shop in my pole barn drops to around 40 degrees at night with no heat. I might not even stop getting frost until third week of June.

Hey Doug:cheers:
Yeah got in on the 23rd of last month. Next year I'll be in on 4/20. Got through off by the virus stuff and all the store's being closed or not able to sell gardening stuff.:vibe:
But was able to order online and pick up at the store:condom: Some of the seeds that I had order are???:gassy: So I'm using a lot of regs and seeds left from past harvest.
So having to sex about everything that pops up. Time time time:face:

I was hoping to have it be more automated with a rolling tarp system and watering. But thing's got held up and money didn't fall yet in my settlement. So next year... It is what it is.. You know:dizzy::wall::deadhorse::pass:

Up North we got a dusting of snow again last night and temperatures down to 28 degrees. After the snow melted I mowed my lawn and burned some brush. 44 degrees right now but if it warms up this week so I can move five photo plants into a tent in my pole barn I will start a couple of autoflowers. Only growing ten plants this year, five photos and five autos unless I lose some I have started.

Just before this Corona Virus crap started I gave the lady at the gardening center some of the Gooey 13 photo plant I grew last year and had planned on giving her several other strains I grew last year. I have way more than I need for personal use and just grow for the experience to learn methods and try different strains. I had to buy some soil from frigging Walmart after Whitmer shut down gardening centers. Then even Walmart was banned from selling gardening supplies when I wanted to pick up a trailer load of composted manure.

I did get about 100 pounds of worm castings from Walt's Crawlers for about $16.00 before they ran out.

I especially like to see what you guys in the same state as me grow and methods, strains that work best in this area even though I live farther North than most of you. I have seen references from people Up North though.

Good deal on the worm poop:d5: You know @Weed Warrior knows alot about your latitude and what grows best there. Maybe he'll drop by and give us some enlightenment on those strains:smokeout::pass:

I wanted to pick up some Sweet Seeds Fast Photo strain seeds this year and try them as some are supposed to be ready for harvest at the end of August or first week in September and figured they would do better as far North as me. Waited too long and the strains I wanted sold out everywhere. Being surrounded by water I think I'm limited to those that can tolerate higher humidity and low night time temperatures with a short growing season.

I'm pretty much stuck with a 3 month outdoor growing season. Last week of June to second week of September unless a strain can tolerate 40 degree nights most of the Summer except July and August. My night time humidity outdoors is usually high 80 to 98 percent humidity due to being on an island in the middle of a lake in a valley.

@Jraven that sounds about like your climate right? What are you putting iin this yearl in you great northern garden?

Temps got down to 31°f last night for about 3 hours. Not to much of a breeze though...that was good... I ran 2 heaters on low and was able to maintain between 48°f to 55°f from midnight to now 7a.m.
Still got 3 night's of toooo cold temperature in the forecast.
Will have to fill all 3 of the lp tanks today at about $50.00 to fill 2x30 and 1x20 lbs. But that should see me through the cold stuff :gassy: :pass:
