Grow Mediums Growpito + AutoPots

I've run exclusively the easy2grow two pot system for a couple of years. My space is super tight anyway so I've just learned to live with the right spacing (a little LST to steer the plants away from each other).

Don't aerate your reservoir, seriously trust me on this one. If you get a bacteria or fungal bloom in your res it will get in your lines and plug you up tighter than a cheese tasting a a nursing home.

If you have any questions about the Autopots just holler. I'm a straight coco grower though, so I'm not much help with the growpito. I'll post pics tonight.

@Simplicio hows things going. @Growpito_Aleks working on pot size now wondering if I should make them a little bigger then the 2.2 the system comes with. Also wondering when I can get some.
.
We are discussing shipping options at the moment. I grow in anything from nursery pots to 5 gallon pots. I like the larger pots for flowering though

So far I'm really liking how the plants look at the start of their 4th week.
I'm keeping track of reservoir level with a stick, and it goes down a little every day.
The Easy2Grow system I'm using accepts either 2.2 or 3.9 gal, so you could get 3.9 and fill them to 3 gal.
I wonder whether there's an advantage for the 2.2 gal shorter distance to the pot bottom.

I like the way it sounds so far. A lot like coco without the drawbacks and perhaps better aeration.

The messiness and needed preparation of solid media like coco and perlite have kept me from using them.
Growpito is a medium that is much easier.
It will be about as easy to deal with this stuff between grows as it is for hydro clay pellets.

I've been worried about the plants getting the wrong amount of food.
The 250 ppm growpito soaking prep, followed by a single 400 ppm watering, then a hook-up to a 500 ppm reservoir when plants are bigger doesn't match what I do in hydro.
But this no-brainer technique is working well so far.
