Thanks mate!!Got you in brother! @Mikis for autopots as well
We are researching your question still. You are entered.
@Gladiators @Admin You all have been incredible from questions to rapid participation! I'll be keeping you all updated as this progresses.
Please let me know if your name is on the list but you are more interested in watching so that I can make final confirmations on participants.
Duuuuuuuuuude.....looks interesting, you have my attention @Growpito_Aleks lol....can I ask 2 questions please, 1) I have only ever fed Drain to Waste, can you clarify bottom feeding for me?
2) I like to top and train my Auto's, does your system hold anything new for me in the way that the plants come back from what I do to them?.....Mother Nature over Chemical feed type thing?.......thanks dude
of course dude, thanks for the fast response...hhmmm clarification lol.......okay!......because I top and tie down my autoflowers, my auto's vegetive stage is both important and limited, so quick recovery from HST time is of value to me, lately I have begun to try and limit myself to six ties on Autoflowers, do you think a plants recovery time would benefit from a natural environment like Gropito?Bottom feeding or sub irrigation is any method of delivering water to a medium from the bottom up until it reaches field capacity then as the water receded fresh air is pulled in through the top of the medium.
So flood and drain, Dutch buckets, autopots work this way with the first two allowing much more control. Field capacity is essentially what a coco grower attempts to maintain i.e. consistent moisture level at the root zone.
With this type of method in conjunction with Growpito you'll never have waste water, less water will be lost to evaporation, and you'll save on nutrients.
To your second question I'm going to need some clarification
Autos don't really have a "recovery time". They have an internal clock that they are set to. Their recovery from topping and LST is dependent on when the topping and lst is done. No grow medium can extend that internal clock and allow more or better "recovery time". How an auto handles topping and lst ect is based more on genetics. Some strains react/respond well to it. Others dont.of course dude, thanks for the fast response...hhmmm clarification lol.......okay!......because I top and tie down my autoflowers, my auto's vegetive stage is both important and limited, so quick recovery from HST time is of value to me, lately I have begun to try and limit myself to six ties on Autoflowers, do you think a plants recovery time would benefit from a natural environment like Gropito?
