I love the idea of being able to harvest, chip the stem and then just plant a new one. I don't currently recycle my soil into my grows just into my veggie garden and Ive probably turned my field garden from native topsoil to half left over soil from weed amended. Its great for the veggies but Its a waste for me.I personally love it coming from coco, it's frustrating dealing with runoff and salt buildup. It's a treat to just cut the plants at the base of the stem and add clones or seeds in later. Once you really start getting through cycles it will develop an earthy smell.
What system do you plan on using? Table and tray? - so nice on my back lol.
Need a quote?
Anyway, as far as which way to go (flood drain etc), that's where I figured you could help me navigate and decide. I was leaning towards flood and drain but whatever is fine, I currently am using a 2x4 tent so it's tight quarters so suggestions are much appreciated and welcomed. I figure I'm going to be using this system and testing it out, I'm going to do it right with all new stuff (start this part of my set up all over from square one all new equipment). So again, suggestions on the best method to go is what I'll do, Thanks!
