Indoor Grow No.2 - Hippy, Mephisto, Cobs and Good Vibes :)

@Slowmo the sour bubbling crack baby that's just popped it's head up from the soil - I have a choice of putting it either directly under one cob or in the middle of two, what do you think is best? The cobs don't have reflectors.

The toofless alien and sour crack have loved being under one cob each, but they were under a platinum led for the first 10 to 15 days. I don't want to fry the SBC!

LOL at this time u have more exp with that than me ... im still just gathering momentum to order some parts..

But just try ... use common sense .. and u will learn...

We both have no experience! lol. I haven't tried a new seedling under 50w of cob yet. It will love it I'm sure. I don't think my 1212's are that intense, but they seem to make plenty of useful light for making happy babies

I have noticed the light is amazingly spread out throughout my tent. Even if I put my hand directly beneath a cob to block it, the plant below still gets shed loads of light from the other cobs in the tent.

Get those parts ordered dude! :pass:

To anyone using cobs without reflectors:

Be VERY CAREFUL when taking photos of your plants! I very nearly had to use my fire extinguisher today when I set fire to my hat by touching onto a cob whilst photographing. Luckily I smelled it very quickly and realised what it was :redcard:

I also like wearing socks! lol! Weirdo

I wear a "flat cap". When I'm checking the trichs on my plants with my loupe my mate says I look like a dodgy south london jeweller! :crying:

Gonna listen to some Barry White to celebrate
edit: the plant not the fire

Lol! Honestly mate there is a one inch brown circle on the back of my cap now. And a four inch brown circle in my undies :crying:

Back in the early 90s when I spent far too much time at illegal raves around the uk, I remember we once went out on friday evening and eventually stopped raving and went home on sunday morning. Obviously being massive f*ck heads we "carried the party on" when we got home and I did a few hours on the decks in the lounge. Then sat down to skin up and after a while felt a weird warmth around my back and someone shouted "you're on fire!". I had leaned on an electric fire and set my hoodie alight. Lol. So anyway we put it out and I proceeded to carry on skinning up whilst leaning back on the electric heater again and setting myself on fire again!

Muppet :pass:

:pass:Raves in the UK bring back some memories, I lived in a squat in London for a few years, well a couple of squats..
hey now you know that stuff will set you on fire, and maybe save yourself a much worse fate than a burnt cap.
