Hey Everyone,

I'm new to this site but i already like what I'm seeing and what you guys are doing. Let me proper introduce myself:

I am a home grower from Amsterdam, Netherlands. My girlfriend likes to grow Peppers and she be doing this for over a long time now. I used to build her greenhouses out of Carton boxes so she could grow in the Winter as well. My job as a sourcing manager used to take me to China very often and some years ago i started to sample different LED lights with my agent there so my girlfriend could grow safe, heat free and cost efficient.

After some trials i started to throw in some Northern light special cuttings and they did so well i needed to build a separate greenhouse as they were overgrowing the pepper plants. I do not really grow for the weed itself, my friend owns a coffeeshop here in Amsterdam and i do the occasional buying and testing for him. We just love to grow vegetables and now we are hooked on growing weed since 2007.

I always build my green houses out of carton boxes and start to become very handy in it (saying myself). I use carton boxes that are slow flammable and grow with an customised Znet4 LED 150 watt from Greensun opto electronic. This is a simple full spectrum LED light with 3watt leds and a 90 degree angle. For more specs please ask me. Like i said it is an cheap LED light that does the trick well. I have grown 0.92 watt/gramm with this light. This time a mailed Amy from Greensun and we added some IR and UV after a week i received my LED. For the smell and circulation i use a very light setup consisting of a Can Lite 150 m3 and a small Inline fan from the construction store (185 m3, 16watt).

As we just moved i begin to build a new Greenhouse, as i al ready have the Fan, light and Filter the total cost of the greenhouse will be around 30$.

I usually grow in Coco or Soil with a 10 Liter Airpot. This will be my first time growing AF and the goal is to rotate, so when my AF will start to bloom i will germinate the next one in my smaller carton germination room. This way i hope to cut a three every month more or less. I will grow Dutch Passion Blueberry Kush, if you have grown this strain before let me know!

Below some Photo's of my carton grow box, i need to finish it this weekend, put some mylar inside and add the inline Fan, Filter and a small ventilator.

Thank you for reading and see ya'll later!!!

Hi Guys,

So i germinated one seed two days ago and today it was ready to plant the seed. I always put it in a Jiffy pot first for the first 3 or 4 days before i pot it over into my 10 liter airpot.

I never had any seeds that didn't sprung from Dutch Passion so im always confident enough to germinate 1 seed at a time.

On the photo's you can see that the inside of the box is coated with white foil from my local growshop store. Always works best for me and easy to keep clean.

Will update you when its time to pot her over to the bigger pot.

By the way, if you want your pics to stay upright, you need to reduce the resolution to below 1000x1200 before uploading.....

HI everyone,

So we are one week further and i transplanted my little AF to a 10 liter airpot with some soil that i make from compost and re used soil from previous grows. Basically what i do is put all the leaves and green garbage that i have in big rain buckets of 200 liter. I just let it sit and let itself turn in to good compost soil. This compost soil has "ripened" for 1.5 years and has a nice brown colour, light structure and almost dry.

The compost soil is mixed 60/40 with old pot soil, some wormcastings and thats basically it, always works for me until now.

Here are some pics from my 'Growbox" with my little lady:

Hi Guys, another week passed and i have nothing really excited news to tell. My lady is growing more in the width then length, something i prefer since my grow box isn't that big.

Steady temp of 25 Celsius , humidity of 73%, and no nutrients as my soil has it all for now.

She has grown a lot in the past 4 days!, i'm beginning feeding nutrients this morning.

I will give her Advance Nutrients: PH perfect sense Bloom A+B , 4 ML/L whenever she is thirsty.
