Indoor gRoshi grows female seeds

alright, now we are in full action.
and with the way things are growing plenty of weekly content to come going forward.
@Mr B. from Female Seeds
finished up the big room and have it loaded up. and 1 spot reserved for that auto gelato when it arrives.

so we will start with the big room.
new light installed and reflective film as well and its just awesome!

medium is now coco
nutrients are the jacks 321 with a few additives (recharge- tribus- fulvic)

so all together in the big room
i have 1 cherry pie gal (from seed)
2 mimosa champagne's (from seed)
3 skunk specials (clones)

everything just received a nice defoliation and are growing very fast.

Having a purple stem issues.
Narrowed down to 3 things.
Actual plant temp is lower than ambient temp. (Least likely)
Mag def (good chance)
And the ph (likely combo with mag)

Was running the ph at 6.3 and all the plants were living life. Now that they are bigger they are all showing the same signs. Some more than others.
Nothing out of control yet.
Hopefully the ph adjustment and the extra mag will do the job.
Got to get them back on track to flip the lights to 12/12

Hope everyone is well!
Also the skunk is about 2 weeks out and dripping frost

:jointman: Growshi mon! ........ That SkSp is looking delicious, is the aroma still shifting to the sweeter side? Her training went well, a nice even bud canopy!
Clone kids are doing great too
How about the two with symptoms? you knew I'd spot that! ...looks micronute related,... gotta say, I'm dubious about this Jacks program... The pH 6.3, is that in-pot or the solution/res'? That's OK, especially for micronutes.... Get me pics, and likely you know what comes next!

WISH i seen this post friday. i seem to miss a LOT of notifications lately, but i would have at least asked for some advice on a plan of action lol

it ended up being every plant. (not ready to blame the jacks yet.)
i am taking the responsibility so far. I want to blame something so bad but that does me no good haha. got to figure out the problem
i wanted to blame the autopots. but its all the plants except one which is on the autopots.

the 6.3 was in the res. and it was naturally raising. it might have been fine.
anyway, the red and purple stems are on everything. and other signs of def too. multiple. mag was the 1st thing that really showed, tried to give a little extra and it didnt help much.
sunday i got in there with a purpose and got to checking everything. ultimately i got some 5.8 RO water and started flushing the shit out of one of them to see what the runoff was like and oh boy.

ppm going in 850-1000
ppm coming out 2000+ and brown. pretty sure i did a shit job rinsing the coco. and also did not do a very good job of watering the coco.
been so used to soil i was damn near treating it the same.
so eventually with enough evaporation and leftover nutes that were never getting moved out or around i ended up with a lock out.
definitely not watering frequently enough. kind of why i think the autopots wont be good for me. i think i need to be top feeding until runoff using the salt based nutrients???
(just my theory) if you have a different theory, by all means lol. you for sure know better than myself

so after flushing the them all until the run off was coming out mostly clear and the ppm of the run off was about 500
i flushed them all with 1/2 strength solution.
things were looking better after 24 hours so i watered them all again at 3/4 strength and was going to get them back to the 850 range this afternoon when i get off work.
i will also get some good pictures.

ironically enough. the 2 that were the most stunted seem to be recovering the fastest. "mim champs"
the cherry pie has gotten super sad. and it may have a separate problem other than the roots. i think she may actually have over branched and is choking her self out. pictures are needed to show.

thanks for helping out coach @Waira ill catch you this evening with another update and some photos

ok @Waira
got some photos with a better filter. the lights i use make photos appear much much more yellow than to the eye

everything seems to be back to growing and looking better

except the cherry pie. i think it has choked it self out on top of everything else.
so many branches in the bush ball. and a lot of them are just dead inside from lack of air and light i think.

the boat that i am in now is get everything as healthy as possible as fast as possible and get this room flipped.
schedule is all messed up now. i may just keep the healthiest 4 or 5 plants in a week and let the rest go and try again next run

if you see anything or have any advice im all ears bro

:eek1: whoa! that's antagonistic lockout for sure man, Zn/Fe getting hit the hardest,...P too,... Going in is too high as well, most folks running Autopots are around 500ppm give or take,...remember, the plant is marinating in this solution 24/7, this is hydro' more than anything else... True soil is far more forgiving than bitchy coco!
Fine particulates in coco can be a problem if there's a lot of it...fucks with the proper draining and breathing, trapping too much water..

that's the ticket, purge that shit outta there! And get on the OF Transport + micronutes + fulvic foliars, just like you did on the doomed clones...
No 800ppm, try 500... they are reeling, roots pissed... I forget, did you get Earth Juice Microblast yet?
....yup, I'm hip to the yellowing bias under those lights...

.... the lockout is affecting other nutes and their uptake, transport and assimilation/metabolism, so the affects will be broad... Let's see what the reduced ppm and some foliar love does for a few days...:smoking:

recommendations on what ppms/ec i should be at per example (.1) cal or .1 mag or main nutes. im sure thats a terrible way of explaining it.
but i was recommended a 1.2 ec and start with the .2 cal and/or mag cant remember.

and yup i got the ej on deck too

ill probably flush them real good one more time as the run off on the few top fed gals is still coming out a bit on the darker side.
ill reset them with 1/2 the strength i was giving them and we will see where we end up

Auto gelato got her 1st training session.
The rest of the gals are recovering well.
Light should finally be able to be flipped in the next week.

Might end up losing the cherry pie. The lock out has hit her hard.
If we lose her then I'll just start a new one from clone
She had a lot of vigor and promise before she went into shock.

And the skunk special is on her last week. Long awaited harvest

Stay safe healthy and stoned everyone

@Waira
Thanks again for the help. They are recovering super fast. Also a shout to @FTF_damien50 who also helped a ton with this learning curve with the new light, nutes, and medium
