So im sure this is on here already and a load of people have done it but look what i was up to today.
So here is how i done it:
First you need to get a bucket to put your trim or bud in. The bucket should roughly fit the size of the micron bag you will be using.
So im using 1 gallon bags so i have a 1 gallon bucket roughly.
Then you put all your trim into the bucket.
Now you add the dry ice and make sure to shake it well and leave sit in the bucket for a few minutes afterwards.
Next you cover the bucket using the micron bag always use the smaller micron size first.
(Example) in this picture here is the 73 micron bag to get the finer hash , this will have less plant material.
Later i will use the 160 micron bag to get the lower grade keif which has more pant material.
Once you have covered the bucket give it a good shake and then turn it upside down facing a clean, flat, visible surface.
And then Shake until there is no more keif.
Should look like this once your done shaking
Now use a credit card or something flat and solid to collect it.
Now repeat the same step in the other bags to continue getting lower grade stuff, but its still good.
Its time to press you keif into small Hash Cakes.
Put the keif into your press using a credit card.
Twist the handle on your presser to compact the keif.
And out comes...
Here is my end result from a nice bit of trim i had put away.
The average weight for one hash cake was
Hope you enjoyed the process its so much fun and the end product is great.
