Week 10. “Anxiously awaiting” a harvest doesn’t quite express it. Couldn’t get a decent trich pic. The GC looks like some are getting cloudy. The BK’s look clear. Got a plug in meter to read wattage. And that $100 something KING LED I got off Amazon that advertised 1000W? It draws a hair under 200. If it weren’t so funny, I’d cry. I also believe that’s why my plants are stunted. Got a Mars Hydro SP-250 on the way for my next tent grow

Yeah grow bro. You need to look at the true wattage. Even on Amazon they tell you the true wattage from the wall. For example I have the king led 2000 watt and it specifically states that it's 395 plus or minus 5% so it's kinda a fluke. What they are "saying" is that with your light that's equivalent to 1000 watt older generation grow light. I know it's cray

Edit... Also gc is one of my favorite strains of all time. It's definitely in my top 5 so if you haven't ever had it in glad you get to enjoy it

Yep there it is. They say it's "equivalent to a 1000 watt hps" but here it shows your true pull. This is pretty much standard across the board for led lights just for future reference!

@Illini4life I don't know how I missed that on the "features & details". Mine doesn't have the veg and flower switches. Maybe that's an upgrade to my light. How tall did your plants get?

Edit - Also, my next grow I'm going for the Trifecta. Another Green Crack from FastBuds (because I like the smell so much), Afghan Kush Ryder from World of Seeds and Sour Diesel Haze from Seedsman. Planted them yesterday

How far away are you keeping the light? Some leds will keep them short if the light is close but the buds will be like rocks! I also had a short GC, I think it's one of the phenos that shows. Looks spectacular!

Thanks! The manufacturer suggested starting at 24". I've moved down to 20

That's a good distance. The next round will let you dial in the best distance for stretching. It did well this run

I'm using a King led 600 but had added a meihzi 300 to the tent wants I went into flower. I don't think the King led is bad but I guess there is better. I am looking at buying another meihzi 300 cob and have placed led bulbs over my flowering plants just to give them a bit more light.

At least you got some Budds to harvest. Next grow will be a different experience - probably a better one
